BMI Brand Services(BMI) is only exposed to personal data when processing a consumer rebate. TrakUrScan receives no consumer personal data. BMI uses data as submitted on TrakUrScan strictly, and solely, for executing rebates earned by retailers participating in supplier offers. Data will be forwarded to the supplier/sponsor of programs and no one else.Data is maintained for a limited period in the event of any regulatory inquiries.
